Payment information

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers. We may receive limited information such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing details.

3. Your Custom Designs and Artwork

You keep ownership of any artwork or content you submit. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it only as needed to produce and deliver your order and to handle related support or quality issues. You confirm that you have the right to use the content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We will not use your custom designs in our marketing, portfolio, or social media without your permission.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, email and text messaging providers, analytics tools, and website hosting
  • Production and fulfillment partners: printers, embroiderers, and suppliers who help make your order
  • Shipping carriers: to deliver your order
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, customers, or others
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

These parties may use your information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our site, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Custom design files are kept for [12] months after your order so we can handle reorders and support, and are then deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Opt out of marketing, and of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

California residents: You have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to third-party sites with their own privacy practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review their policies.
